Pricing and packages

By purchasing drop in classes, class packs, events, memberships, and retail at Yoga Big Island you are agreeing to the following:

Payment Policy: All payments are due at the time of service. All sales are final. No refunds are offered at this time. This includes all classes, workshops and special events.

Public Class Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their attendance and get a credit if they make it before the cancellation cut-off period of 1 hour prior to the event. Tickets purchased using pre-paid/event packages will be automatically added back to their package. Other purchases will be returned as credits to the customer’s account. (Not applicable for private events or workshops).

Class Packs & Sharing Policy: Classes may be shared with immediate legal family members only – including spouses, children, parents. May not be shared with friends or significant others/partners.

Memberships: No long term commitment required. Auto-renews on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel your auto-renewal you may do so within our Registration Login Portal. Memberships cannot be shared. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused months.

Waiver: Each attendee must sign a waiver prior to attending a class. These can be signed during the purchase process.

Class Times: Please note that our class times are displayed in the time zone that you are currently in. For instance, if you are currently in California, our 8:00am HST class would appear as 11:00am PST for you. Please take this into account when booking your class. Thanks!
